تنادى شباب مدينة بني وليد الطاهرة لبدء أعمال ترميم النصب التذكاري لمعركة وادي دينار التاريخية التي خاضها أجدادنا ضد المحتل الإيطالي سنة 1923م .
و الترميم يأتي بعد أن قام المرتزقة بهدمه إبان دخولهم للمدينة في حرب اكتوبر 2012م و يحسبون أنهم بهذا العمل يستطيعون طمس تاريخ مدينة بني وليد و معالمها و لكن هيهات لهم فالتاريخ لا يستطيع أحد طمسه أيها المرتزقة المسخ .

احدى واجهات ضريح وادي غلبون.
نحت من فريز ضريح وادي غلبون يصور أسد يجري خلف مهر وامامه فرس اخر كبير يعود للقرن التاني الثالث من ميلاد المسيح.
جزء من افريز من ضريح وادي غلبون عليه نحت بصور الاله هيراقل ابن زيوس والكامينا هيراقل رمز للقوة بصور اله وقف يمسك عصا غليظة وعلى كتفه جلد أسد هو أسد نيميا الذي قتله الاله وهو احد اعمال هيراقل .الاتنى عشر يعدالنحت الى القرن الثالث من ميلاد المسيح .
:اما النقش من الضريح كتب بالغة الليبية القديمة بحروف لاتينية .

قلعة ابونجيم ...شاهد على فترة تاريخية مهمة ...تم تشييدها في العهد التركي وجددت في فترة الإستعمار الإيطالي لليبيا وقبلها وغير بعيدة عنها يوجد حصن جولايا الذي يعود تاريخ تأسيسه الى مطلع القرن الثالث الميلادي ...كل ذلك يدل على ان ابو نجيم رغم كونها مدينة صغيرة فهي ذات اهمية كبيرة كونها مدخل الى الجنوب الليبي .
